Please take a moment to review our spa policies designed to ensure a seamless, relaxing experience.
We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Lateness may result in customizing your service for the remaining booking time.
We respectfully ask that should you need to cancel an appointment to provide at least 24 hours notice for single appointments and 48 hours for multiple services. If you cancel without sufficient notice, a charge for the missed appointment may be applied to your account.

Children, electronic devices
Please note that children may not accompany you to your appointment. Please ensure all electronic devices including smart phones, laptops etc, are turned off or silent upon entering the building.
Group Booking's require 5 day cancellation notice and a 50% deposit made at time of booking.

To ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or other scented products during your visit. Our spa is a perfume and cologne-free space, allowing everyone to breathe easy and fully enjoy the tranquility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
